This page explains what we collect when you visit this site, book a meeting or order a file, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights. If you're in a file that one of our clients ordered, read the “Is your data in our files?” page instead.
What you type in the form
The booking form asks for:
- the ideal customer you want to call and the area it covers
- how many contacts you are looking for
- your work email address and your phone number
- your first name, last name and company
- what a customer is worth to you and your closing rate, which feed the simulation run during the meeting
- the slot that suits you
This information serves one purpose only: preparing and holding the meeting you ask for, and counting your market. It is sent to Fillout, our scheduling provider, when you book, and is accessible only to our technical providers: hosting, scheduling and customer relationship management. It is not sold, assigned, rented or used for anything else. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. It is kept for three years from our last exchange, then deleted.
You can ask to see, correct or delete what you wrote at any time, through the form on the booking page. You get an answer within one month.
For our customers
The terms of sale say what each side does with the file and who answers for what. Every line delivered keeps the trace of its source: before and after an order, we answer in writing any question about where the lines of your file come from.
Audience measurement and providers
With your consent (in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), Google Analytics measures visits: page views, clicks, form steps, approximate country. Nothing typed into the form is sent to it. The detail, the duration and how to decline are on the Cookies page.
Your booking data is handled by Fillout (scheduling), the site is hosted by Cloudflare, and audience measurement is run by Google LLC. All three are based in the United States. For Google LLC, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; for the other two, on the appropriate safeguards of Chapter V of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
This site sets two cookies of its own, both strictly necessary: pd_consent remembers your choice about audience measurement (six months), and pd_langue remembers the language you pick with the language selector (one year). pd_langue is only set if you click a language yourself. Neither contains an identifier and neither is used to follow you.
United States residents
Depending on the state you live in, local law gives you the right to know what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We handle those requests whatever your state.
Use the form on the booking page. It is free, it needs no justification, and you will not be treated differently because you asked.
Filing a complaint with an authority
You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
