Your choice
In the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a banner asks for your consent on your first visit. Accepting and declining carry the same weight, and the site reads the same either way. Elsewhere, measurement is on by default and you can decline whenever you like.
Your choice is remembered for six months in a cookie named pd_consent, which is strictly necessary for that choice. To know whether the banner applies, the site asks Cloudflare, on this same domain, which country your connection comes from; it does not keep it. Declining deletes any measurement cookies already set. You can change your mind at any time:
This site sets two cookies of its own, both strictly necessary: pd_consent remembers your choice about audience measurement (six months), and pd_langue remembers the language you pick with the language selector (one year). pd_langue is only set if you click a language yourself. Neither contains an identifier and neither is used to follow you.
The booking calendar
On the booking page: the calendar is provided by Fillout, our form and scheduling provider, based in the United States. It loads only at the last step of the form, because you are asking to book. It keeps in your browser what it needs to resume a booking you started, and it calls third-party services to work: Sentry for its errors, Google Fonts for its typefaces, Cloudflare to block bots and GitHub for parts of its interface. It sets no advertising cookie. It does not depend on your choice about audience measurement.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect them from bots, Cloudflare sees the IP address of your connection and may set a technical security cookie, __cf_bm, lasting 30 minutes at most. It serves neither measurement nor advertising, and it is exempt from consent.
Only Google's audience measurement depends on your consent. The film, the typefaces and the images are served from this domain.
Check it yourself
Open your browser's developer tools, go to the Network tab, then reload the page. In the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, until you accept, no request goes to googletagmanager.com or google-analytics.com, and the Application tab shows only pd_consent once you have chosen. After you accept, the _ga cookies appear.
