You're in a Premium Data file
Updated on 17 October 2026
If a company called you or wrote to you and said it got your contact details from Premium Data, this page explains what we hold, where it comes from, how long we keep it and how to get removed.
If you appear in one of our files
Under the Premium Data brand, Valora LLC builds, to order and for one identified customer, files of business contacts: name, job title, company, work email address and work phone number. If a company that bought a file from us has contacted you, this section is about you.
The data comes from accessible business sources: company registers, the companies' own websites, trade directories and public professional profiles. It comes from no hacked database and no file bought sight unseen. It concerns your professional activity, never your private life. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in business-to-business prospecting.
- categories of data: professional identity, job title, employer, work contact details
- purpose: allowing a company to reach you in a professional context
- recipients: the customer who ordered the file you appear in
- retention period: three years from the last contact
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction, and a right to object that you may exercise at any time, without having to give a reason.
Getting out of our files
Use the form on the booking page, saying that your request is about your data, with the name and the email address or phone number you were contacted on. It is free, it needs no justification, and the request is handled within one month.
Your details are then removed and placed on a permanent exclusion list, so that they cannot come back in a file built later.
Filing a complaint with an authority
You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
